Please be advised that January 1^st 2026, is a banking holiday in Luxembourg to celebrate the New Year http://www.jao.eu/resource-center/public-holidays

This holiday applies solely to the banking sector, and JAO Operations will remain available. 

Please note that any credit limit update resulting from transactions on your ING business account will not be reflected until January 3^rd

Additionally, transactions initiated after ING Luxembourg's cutoff time on December 31^st, will have a value date of January 3^rd

We would like to inform you about an important update regarding the Daily Auction Schedule Change on the UA–SK border.

Starting from delivery day January 1st 2026, the daily auction timing for the UA–SK border will change from D-2  to D-1.

This change is implemented in line with the modified Rules for Daily Capacity Allocation on Ukrainian Borders and the updated Border Specific Annex (BSA), which will be effective from delivery day 01.01.2026.

The following Schedule is foreseen :

29.12.2025: Daily auction for delivery day 31.12.2025 (under current D-2 process)

30.12.2025: No daily auction on UA–SK border

31.12.2025: Daily auction for delivery day 01.01.2026 (first auction under new D-1 process)

Following the approval by the relevant NRAs and further to our previous notification regarding the Serbian borders, the following documents have been updated on our website:

• “HAR 2026 for non-EU borders” and its Border Specific Annexes”for the bidding zone borders:
  • Croatia-Serbia (amendment with effective date 1^stJanuary 2026)

• “Rules for Explicit Daily Capacity Allocation on Bidding Zone border serviced by JAO”with Border Specific Annexes for the bidding zone borders:
  • Croatia-Serbia (amending the previous standalone HR-RS daily allocation rules with effective date 5^th February 2026)

Please note that the second round of the Monthly auctions on the FR<>ES corridor for the January period, with auction IDs FR-ES-M-BASE-------260101-02 and ES-FR-M-BASE-------260101-02, will open for bid submissions today, 22 December, at 13:35 CET, and will close on 24 December at 13:35 CET.

In addition, the Long-Term Resale is now open and will close today at 13:18 CET. Should you have any resales to submit, please ensure they are submitted within this timeframe.
