Dear Market Participants,

In the context of the Clean Energy Package Elia submitted a request for derogation from the minimum level of capacity to be made available for cross-zonal trade. In line with this request for derogation, Elia will perform a parallel run for the day ahead capacity calculation process in CWE.

The parallel run will be applied from Business Day Jan 7th till Business Day 31st of March included. The results for the Belgian CNECs will be published on a weekly basis, using a format similar to the Utility Tool of JAO. The data can be retrieved in the sheet “Final Flowbased domain”.

Disclaimer: The justification for the reduction of the MinRAM factor will be published as of the end of January.
