Nemo Link Upcoming CAL25 auctions 25 & 26 September

Nemo Link are pleased to confirm that 50 MW will be offered in both directions for the CAL25 (II) auction taking place on JAO from Monday 25th September 14.10 (CEST) to Tuesday 26th September 14.10 (CEST).

This will be the second auction of the newly introduced Y+2 Product on the GB-BE border. We intend to hold one more Y+2 auction for 2025 capacity later in the year with similar volumes.

COLLATERAL REQUIREMENTS
To participate in this auction, Bank Guarantees (Letter of Credit) will need to be valid until at least 4th March 2025.

Alternatively, for cash on deposit, once successful in the auction, 1/12th of the total value of this yearly capacity will be decreased from your credit limit until December 2024 (1st invoice instalment).

MAINTAINANCE PERIOD

For your information, there is a one week maintenance period between Monday 22/09/2025 00:00 CEST and Monday 29/09/2025 00:00 CEST (all inclusive) that will be included in the auction specification.

NOTE:

The Nemo Link published 2025 planned outage has a slightly later start and earlier end time but for simplification of capacity allocation (having taken into account customer feedback), no capacity will be allocated in the Long term auctions for all hours of week commencing 22nd September 2025 when the outage is taking place. The remaining hours will be offered in the Day-Ahead auctions.
