Dear Market Participants,

On behalf of the TSOs (Swissgrid and Terna), JAO is opening the public consultation on the proposed amendments of the ‘Allocation rules for intraday capacity allocation on Switzerland – Italy border’.

The consultation period runs from 23rd October to 22nd November.

The main changes in the documents are driven by the latest amendment of the Harmonised Allocation Rules. To enhance visibility, changes are highlighted in the track changes version of the documents, excluding minor housekeeping corrections and changes in word capitalisation. For your convenience, a summary table of the amendments is also attached.
