Dear Market Participants,
We would like to invite you to the Public Consultation of the Daily Allocation Rules for the explicit daily auctions on the Ukrainian Borders.
Please be kindly informed, that this set of rules will cover the Daily Auctions on the Ukraine-Poland, Ukraine-Hungary and also on the Ukraine-Slovakia borders.
The public consultation will start today, on 05/09/2023 and it will last until 06/10/2023.
All interested parties are invited to submit comments via e-mail by 06/10/2023 17:00 CET to the following e-mail address:
Following the consultation, TSOs will evaluate the Market Participants’ comments and submit the auction rules to the responsible NRAs.
