On behalf of the TSOs, JAO is opening the public consultation of the following documents:

• ‘Rules for explicit Daily Capacity Allocation on Bidding Zone border Croatia-Serbia’
• ‘Border Specific Annex for the Bidding Zone border Croatia – Serbia to the Harmonised Allocation Rules for Long-Term Transmission Rights’

The consultation period runs from 3rd September to 3rd October.

The border specific annex is shared for your review without any proposed modification. The allocation rules have been amended, mainly driven by the latest changes of the Harmonised Allocation Rules. To enhance visibility, changes are highlighted in the track changes version of the document.
